Ready steady bake…this year the Club’s nominated charity is the Rayner fund, so far as a club we have raised nearly £600.00 and the club hopes to boost the fund by hosting a Coffee and Cake evening. Kit Manager, Laura suggests “Whether it’s banana, chocolate brownie or a lemon drizzle cake you decide to make, take inspiration from the Great British Bake-off and get baking”
This year it’s all about appreciating the members, different appetites, is it, Road Racing, Time Trials, Audax’s, Sportives, Volunteering or simply Coffee and Cake.
As the Hungry cyclist, Tom Kevil Davies noted, “Half the pleasure of food comes from the people you share it with.”
